Health and Transport Information: To assign the right vehicle, equipment, and staffing, we collect information about the passenger's transport needs, such as mobility status and service level, weight, mobility devices, oxygen requirements, and conditions affecting safe transport. We use this information only to plan and provide safe transportation and do not use it for marketing.

Communications: If you contact us directly or submit forms through our website, we may collect additional information to respond to your inquiries and provide service and support.

Use of Information: Personally identifiable information may be used to provide services, respond to inquiries, notify clients of reservation or policy changes, process payments, and provide customer support.

FCW does not sell or trade personally identifiable information.

Text Messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
