Additional Membership Details

  • Miles beyond 10: Each leg's miles 11 and up are billed at standard rates ($3.50/mile ambulatory, $4.00/mile wheelchair).

  • Extra trips: Trips beyond your tier's included count in a billing cycle, including a fifth weekly trip in longer months, are billed at standard pay-as-you-go rates.

  • No rollover: Unused trips do not carry over to the next cycle.

  • Dialysis: Dialysis appointments are drop-off and return. We pick you up at your scheduled end time.

  • Surcharges: After-hours, holiday, step & ramp assist and bariatric fees still apply when relevant.

  • Billing: Memberships auto-bill every 30 days.
